Have to ask...Is this a three legged or four legged bird?

    Hello everyone, I'm going through some coins and when I saw this 1921 Morgan Silver dollar have to say the Eagle's legs looked funny. To many legs perhaps? Sorry I'm an old person and yes I still have humor in my bones so all joking comments are welcomed. Thank you

    two legs - each one has an adjacent feather plume and the base of the tail feathers in between.

    Yeah, as JK said, it is normal. There are three talons on each leg.
