Ok guys so I have a sorta CRH question. So this bank near school really wants me to open an account, because they can't sell me too many halves if I don't have one. I'm curious whether are any negatives to opening accounts at many establishments? And if don't mind saying if you have multiple accounts.

Ace, I had to open multiple accounts to have enough source and sink branches for my CRH. I prefer those that have a coin machine (self serve even better) as long as they don’t charge a fee. This makes dumping easier. Good luck!

I use 6 banks. Keep a small balance in 5 to dump or get rolls and bags without any fees.

Today is another slow silver day, though I did score a very nice 1962 D Bennie! Also a nice 2011P NIFC. So that is another 3 box skunk out of four. Awesome to see how much silver is being found on this site. All the pictures I see here make me mouth water!! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

So; no quarter boxes at the bank, OR nickels (didn't want dimes). AND, I already got a '57 Wheat, either at the bike shop or Wendy's.

Any in the box? It's ON.................................

I asked Trish before leaving work if she needed pennies tomorrow. She asked if I had them with me. So I came home and did 5 more rolls and called her and asked if she needed them now. Took them to her. The second bank in town had a box. So far, the copper is pretty ugly. And of course there isn't as much of it as the last box.

Anyhow I know it isn't very exciting news. But it's my life.

I must say as tough as quarters are for silver, really nice ones like these remind me how nice it is to find quality ones.

Finished a cent box (more like ME finished, by IT!).

    42 D, 48 P, 2 x 55 P (no, didn't even double-check), 56 P, 58 P, half dozen nice early '70's (amazing how you know them before looking), 1 Canadian, and a Partridge in a Pear Tree.

At least the movie wasn't good. Captain Morgan to the rescue!!!

    ed.: and a 53 S...

Yup - mostly the wise, patient-types appreciate finds like those 2

Cent boxes are ok; 2,500 / box - about the only thing that makes it 'worth' it.

Last time I did a .50 box, I got a rough '09 Proof (no '69 or before, that I remember). I think I posted a pic 2-3 years ago. About the same time, I'd gotten a nice Wash. '14 Frosted Proof out of a Poker kitty, when I joined neighbors late one Fri/Sat night...

Time to dig in again here.............................

[IMG][IMG]Dang another 4 box skunk today[IMG][IMG], that is 38 box skunk so far this year, I decided to keep track of how many boxes have silver and ones that don't. I can say I should have just not started tracking that, its a bit depressing. Oh well, I can state this year I am getting more skunk boxes than last year at this time. I going to have to check back on older posts to make sure that is a true statement. Wishing you all the best of luck. Keep Stacking!

At home with a messed up back so I was able to finish my other 2 boxes of cents for the week. Nothing spectacular. Oldest was a 1920P. There was a counter stamped Abe smoking a pip in the last box though :)

I have spring break next week... might have to pick up a box of something for the occasion as i generally don't do boxes during the school year.
Dimes will most likely be the box of choice, unless they can get a box of halves really quickly.
