1984p cent obverse cud?

    The 84 Lincoln is riddled with these type of cud looking attributes, they are found in many places around the rim. I believe what these are is a folded over finned rim.

    The finned rim is certainly possible but it also appears to be a misaligned die.

    Correct. When the double rim is present the outer rim usually has a high pressure strike elevation of metal which is called the finned rim issue.
