Help needed translating a date on Israeli coin.

    The coin is KM# 158 a 10 Agorot coin. Dated between 5745-5777 (1985-2017)
    Can anyone narrow it down some?

    Hello. Cool coin! I have a couple, and like the design. Though the last letters are very similar, it was actually minted in 5757 (1997).

    Thanks all. Not too worried about mintage #s just wanted to label it right.

    They are so similar my eyes can't see the difference. How does one tell?

    Yeah no problem, I get it.
    In Hebrew, writing goes from right to left. No wonder you can't see any difference in the "last letter" reading from left to right;)
