If they do not near the 20,000 mark I will then buy one because if only say 11,000 of each are ordered it will be the lowest mintage. We will have to wait for the end of December:D

It depends on how many flippers bought them, there isn't 20000 collectors out there... The mintage should keep on dropping for each spouse.

    New four hole cases

    Hello,

did anyone purchase the new four coin holders for this series? The originla cases are so nice, I'm not sure I would want the new cases.

    spouse gold

with gold high for $826.80 or $412.65 for spouse gold bullion value. it is still long way to go in order to meet $509.95 or $529.95.

Hi, the raise in price was around $200.00 an ounce. If it results in a considerable lower mintage, it may be a good value though(assuming that Gold holds on to its recent gains). Compare this coin to a PF70 Reverse proof(mintage of 250,000- selling around $600.00). I just put some gold coins into a metal safe deposit box that looked to have a black coating inside it. Will these gold coins keep ok in this? Or should i place the coins in a intercepter shield box first, maybe a moisture absorbing sand/ gel bag?

I was thinking about it, but I wondered if they are going to come out with a display case for the entire set sometime in the future.

I ordered The Dolly Madison coin on the first day. It arrived today. It looks really good.

I ordered the first day, and got an e-mail that both were backordered to 12/17...?

    Oh well..

Mine were "attempted delivery" today, but no one was home.
At least Fedex listened to my complaints about leaving the last order on my doorstep when I was on vacation!

    I'll pick it up tomorrow.

How did you get 25? Is that for dealers only?

Better question: Why would you buy 25 Madison FS coins? :)

    latest figures

the ratio is around 11 proof to 8 unc. that's mean 11,000 proof and 8,000 unc sold.

Where do you see that the ratio is 11:8 and that 20,000 have been sold?

I bought the Jefferson, but that's likely to be the only one I purchase.
