Here is a historical piece. In 1683 the Turkish army lay siege to Vienna, Leopold I ran away to Linz. lucky for him, the Polish king John III Sobieski came to the aid of the Holy Roman Emperor. In the end the Turks were defeated, and had a long retreat to Constantinople. This coin was struck to commerate the victory.

Soon I will start running out - I am OK til 1670, and then a few to 1662, then its get sparse until Elizabeth I around 1602! I hope someone else can keep it going!
Anyway, here is my offering for 1680, a reasonably decent threepence:

    Somewhat late, sorry about that!

Sweden under the rule of Karl XI (King 1660-1697) whose rule is famous for the huge plate money in copper, weighing several kilos each. (The 8 Daler silver coin (in copper) weighed more than 12 kilos!)

1/6 öre silvermynt i koppar. Translation: One sixth of an silver öre, but made of copper.

Third series of the Karl XI 1/6 öre, and first year in the series.
Diameter 25-25.5 mm, weight 6.7 grams. The weight was reduced from 7.1 grams in 1680 to 6.7 grams in 1681.

This series consist of only 4 years: 1681, 1682, 1683 and 1686, but also has overdates 1682 on 1681, 1683 on 1682 and 1686 on 1683, so all in all 7 coins.

This is a pretty common coin and can be aquired for just a few dollars, but I do not know the mintage. (Mintage for 1682 is 596736 pcs, 1683 2057664 pcs and 1686 1707840 pcs.

The 1 öre copper coin was much larger: 46-47 mm in diameter and 49.4 grams in weight. The 1 öre silver coin again was small: 17.5-18 mm and 1.23 grams of 313/1000 silver content.

Are there dated coins of Elizabeth I? I thought dating on British coins started with the milled coinage of Charles II, around 1662.

Yes - quite a few but not all Elizabeth coins are dated from her Third issue onwards. I think the earliest date on hers you would find is 1561. This also includes her milled coins by Eloy Mestrelle.
You will also find some of the coins of Philip and Mary dated 1554, 1555 and very rarely 1557.
And some of the Edward VI Fine silver issue coins are dated too - 1551-3. I don't believe anything earlier in Britain carries a date (as opposed to a mint-mark that often gives an approximate date) so the earliest British dated coin would be 1551. I have had one of these but sold it years ago, so the earliest I currently have is actually a Philip and Mary Groat dated 1554.

...Oh and here is my 1679 offering - another Fourpence I'm afraid! They seem relatively common:
