I know I see what looks like bubbles behind the neck and under the neck above and below the nose

 

That's exactly what we're asking.

There's some sort of spotting towards the front of the neck, but the photo isn't clear enough for me to say the likely culprit elsewhere.

 

Those little thumb nails don't help you at all. You need to use the full size option before clicking on start thread.

 

I'm thinking bed head slept all night and forgot to comb it out LOL
