1943 dime found it. I'm new to the coin thing. I wanta learn about coins. Is there any errors or anything wrong with it?
What exactly are you questioning? It usually helps to explain what you see so others can properly address your concerns. Welcome to the forum.
You may want to purchase a "Red Book" and a book about Grading coins in order to start learning about coins in more detail.
Just to be clear and ensure we're on the same page, you are talking about the one at the bottom of the fasces, and another going from the D in UNITED to the fasces, right?
YEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even Better: $35.95 2018 Mega Red Book https://www.ebay.com/itm/2018-MEGA-...ITED-STATES-COINS-THIRD-EDITION-/111973119892
Are you saying this in jest or are you serious? Honestly I haven’t purchased a Redbook since the 1970’s. All I need to know is in the old copies. But a large print version? I would be all over that!
If anyone has an "Ollie's" store near them it may be worth it to check them out. It's kind of like a Big Lots type store, but they've had both the regular Red Book and/or the Mega the last few times I've been there. The former was like $3 or $5 while the latter was $10-$12 or thereabouts.
You're certainly welcome. Although I obviously can't promise the one near you carries the same, it's worth a shot.
Wanted to extend a sincere thank you. My large print Red Book arrived today. Rather looking forward to getting into it tonight.
