I don't think it makes them worth more, so i wouldn't pay more. Some people may disagree, and be willing to pay more for the holder, though.
Some do yes. The market does generally give some premium to them. Show labels can be worth more as well. It just depends on the label and the coin. It's up to every collector to decide if that's something worth it to them or not to pay the extra the market has assigned to them Not a marketing scheme, its an ASE minted at Phily that's exactly what it says it is. Whether or not that adds value to someone is up to them but its not a scheme.
