Toned Kennedy's with maybe some doubling?

I've had these for about a year, they are actually what got me into the hobby but now that I've gained a little more knowledge I'd like another person's opinion because I think the toning is fake and the doubling is machine doubling. From your photos I would say the toning is genuine and the double is MD.

 

Can you tell be the pictures if the 65 is a SMS?

 

Looks like a circulation strike to me.
