I will be traveling most of the day today and without internet. I will try to update with the winner late tonight.

Ok. Here are two set's I just picked up yesterday. A 1953 Proof set and a 1954 Proof set both in Capital Plastics holders. How much did I pay for both sets? The 1953 proof set's average around $150.00 on eBay and the 1954 set's average around $80.00, from doing a quick check. Here's the 1953 set. And the 1954 set.
Nice! I like the 1954 nickel the best! I think it's worth more, but will guess that you got a deal at $225
The '54 Nickel is what really drew me in. When I saw it, I knew I HAD to have it. The '53 Nickel is very similar but not exactly. They both came from the same old collection. These sets are very fresh to the market as they have not seen the light of day in nearly 40 years. The same people that brought these proof sets in also brought in a complete Morgan Dollar set sans the proofs including the 1895 Proof.
Same here but my favorite is the eye ball toned 54 Washington. I am at $195 but easily worth closer to $395
