Hey all, been a little while since I've been here--dang life and work get in the way of coins! Well, though, if it weren't for work I wouldn't be able to collect, so...

I just picked up this uncirculated 1909 VBD Lincoln and need some opinions on grading...

I'm leaning toward MS-61 to 63. What do you all, who have way more experience than I, say?

Uncirculated? Awful lot of marks. I am no expert But what with all the marks that look filled? Cleaned? Just asking?

$3. Figured it was worth the risk. Still learning how to identify cleaned, etc....

Not a bad price for an 09 Vdb

Still learning the grading thing.... Guy who sold it said it was uncirculated and I didn’t have a loupe with me. Not a bad gamble at the price though.

Not uncirc. But worth $3. I am seeing spots left behind that didn't clean.
One on the obverse at 4 o'clock and 4 on the reverse in the C, at 6 o'clock and on each wheat stalk. They could be carbon spots, but the right field on the obv looks cleaned as well as a lot of scratches on Lincolns head. The reverse pic is too blurry.
