There are so many deities that it could be... Over dozen all doing different things with different other elements. For example, yours seems to have a flat angled ramp shape at the left of its feet. And maybe remnants if a scepter/staff long and vertical on the right, but it also looks like the hand in the right extends past it and has something in its hand. My first inclination was Mars... But maybe someone arching back ready to throw a spear to the left?

I'd also agree that the obverse has qualities of being Commodus (the slouching face and a beard that looks like it might just fall off). So go out to Wildwinds and pull up their listing for him and scroll through his sestertius (i assume from its chunkiness) and see if you can find a reverse (and even obverse) that seems to match the shape of the figure on the reverse. Enjoy the hunt... On the journey is where you'll learn so much!

Ill do that Justin( under Commodus)

Do you think it could be Nero( since the head is so big?)

It's the beady eyes and the unkempt beard that gives it the look of Commodus (and sometimes his father).

Here's an example obverse of a Commodus sestertius for reference:

I think the head is so big because the coin itself shrunk over the years maybe by clipping. I think it's a sestertius.

Also I think I've found a matching reverse to go on. Maybe this will help in your search?

With Nero I always look for the triple chin of the well fed man. I'm not seeing it here. Commodus sure is a likely candidate...
