1962 D Penny pocket change

    I found this coin in my pocket change-- cafeteria at Kaiser hospital. I thought it looked 'great'-- but wanted some of your thoughts on estimated grade/condition/value. Maybe I got excited for nothing... :happy:

    Nah.. It only would have value if you found it at The Hospital for Special Surgery cafeteria.

    Unusually nice for the date, especially in the east, but not terribly special. Since you're on the west coast, it's likely it's one of a roll that was recently put into circulation after being stored for quite a long time.

    I have a separate Dansco album I use for just such finds. It keeps me looking at every red cent I get. I fill maybe 3-4 holes per year.
