Remember not so long ago in 1998 we had small proof sets just having 5 coins and it was just one lens, who else misses these smaller proof sets and who misses the smaller more compact uncirculated sets also?
That's why they can't go back to a stable quarter design - the cat would be out of the bag regarding the prices. And they STILL haven't figured out how to put co-called circulation quality S-mint quarters in ANY set.
