2017p cent reverse... is this a cud?

Albeit small, this die crack does involve the rim. Can this be called a cud?

Thats a Die Crack.. CUDS are bigger. It's a CUD because a piece of the Die broke off. It's a Die Crack because the Die cracked. Understand the difference?
