Maybe if you made one bit of sense ANACS would be willing to help you...

This right there shows that you are either a troll, a liar, or just a plain old idiot. You say it was a 67, and you show us a basement slab of something graded at 68.

Let's see the coin in the new ANACS slab, or their bodybag.

And were you expecting to get the same grade from ANACS as you did from PCS?:bored: What even is PCS?

Exactly as I said. You sent them coins in basement slabs. I wouldn't doubt that, that Morgan came back UNC details, or even AU details cleaned. Looks like you have learned a valuable lesson. In future by the coin and not the slab. Maybe learn to grade for yourself, then you wouldn't have made a costly mistake.

How do you know they cleaned them? Did they say they cleaned them, or did they come back with their opinion that they had been cleaned?

They came back cleaned. Don't let the op try and trick you with his FOOLERY. He hasn't made a reliable statement yet.

How is icg relevant to your problems? It seems as though you are ballooning everything to cause a stir.

Show you talked to ICG and they told you about a British television channel? I don't get why you would be talking to them about the BBC.

james, QUOTE= "thank you i showed pcgs and ngs, icg, pics they found the pic troublesome . but didn' t what to be drawn in to court. if there lawers what to talk to me please tell them about me. i would love to talk to them. they have been reported to bbc and attorney generals office of colorado and new york still waiting for them to call" QUOTE

Even if you have clear positive evidence, an action for correction might cost a 7 figure amount, with generally a minor "slap", as received in more severe actions against more prominent TPG. Generally, the AG and CC departments of states can/will assist only if there are numerous reported violations which would allow/recover a substantial penalty for the state, in excess of their costs. The violation needs to be of existing statutes, as their assignment is generally only enforcement. Other industry "players" have little reasonable interest.

You generally needn't have little concern of litigation. You've done what likely is the maximum to be accomplished by posting a suggestion, available to all future internet researchers. I suggest that you shouldn't have future dealings with the TPG, unless they initiate same.

People who "clean" jewelry have been known to switch diamonds.
As for the coin grading companies you really have to think about this. Would they risk multi million dollars in business and the integrity of their name that they worked for decades to establish as trustworthy, to make a few hundred dollars switching your coins? It's close to preposterous.

I dont think a reputable third party grader would switch a coin. Think of it from a business standpoint, If they were caught even just 1 time their reputation would be so irreparably damaged that any potential profit to be made off a coin they switched would be lost 10 fold from the revenue they would lose.

I really doubt that PCGS and NGC could “notice the difference when i sent the pics”. Those pictures show absolutely nothing. Don’t call lawyers yet since you don’t have proof of anything...

IF your coins are not the same then these images WON’T prove squat. I think we have a case of:

Perhaps I've again misunderstood, but you seem to be directly contradicting yourself above. You first claim the shiny one is "there" [sic] coin and the dull yours, but immediately turn around and claim they "clean [your] gold coin". It can't be both, so which is it?

Please allow me to be very clear: are you claiming the two gold coins from post #7 are different, claiming they switched one for the other, or that they somehow ruined it by cleaning?

Umm what? There are so many things wrong here... I’m not replying to this thread any more because as said above, it’s clear that the op is either a troll or just plain stupid (excuse my rudeness).
