Can somebody help me grade this 1996-d half dollar?

    I am more at 62-63. After the milk spot, there is a great deal of chatter on his face and neck, and there are a number of scratches. One by the L a big chunk missing between the L and I. On the reverse there is at least 1 serious rim hit, chatter in the edge fields are 2 scratches 1 over the arrows and 1 over the laurel.

    Looks like a solid 65 to me but it can be hard to tell from pictures.

    Indeed, The only thing holding it back from 66 is the obverse ticks. If these are less pronounced in hand then it could go 66.

    Looks like a mint set coin.
