The Proof's in the Change

I got this in change today. It's the first one I've ever gotten in change...since I've been paying attention anyway. Have you ever gotten a proof in change?

I got a 69S quarter in change from a liquor store in MA a few years ago. I went in for my morning energy drink and walked out quite happy. It isn't nearly as nice as yours though.

 

Very nice. Over the years I've received 4 proofs in change. One was in a roll I was searching-quarters.

I have have never gotten one in change but I've found a few while searching bank rolls and bags. Here's one:

I probably would have missed this one. Makes me wonder how many I have missed!

 

I pulled out a bunch of change. But this one was unusually shiny, so I took a closer look and it was a pleasant surprise.
