1958 D cracked?

I just found 30 wheat pennies in my new little box of treasures. This one is bent and cracked. Did someone just get crazy with a vise and some vise grips?

Sarah, consider yourself lucky in this digital age that you don't need roll film to take photos. Otherwise, you would be wasting a lot of money buying and developing film. In time, you won't even think twice about throwing a coin like this in the junk bin.
