Is this dd 1994 D quarter worth much, there is doubling on chin and in good we trust, very small dd on D
This machine or mechanical doubling from a worn die or chatter. Very common occurrence but not an error and worth only face value. This can occur anywhere on a coin including the lettering.
When the appearance of this is flat and shelf like it is almost always machine doubling but not to be confused with Doubled Die. When in doubt though, you can always check on www.doubleddie.com to see if anything you have matches. Looked at both of your new photos and both appears as the same, machine doubling.
Sorry same coin. Anything on the D? Or m doubling again? Again thank you I'm trying to learn a new hobby.
