Is this a error?

    This penny has a bunch of o's all over it. Is this an error? And also looks like a 7 above the "T" 20180105_170339.jpg 20180105_170236.jpg

    I looks like your Cent is a Copped Plated Zinc Cent made after mid 1982. What you have are ruptured plating bubbles.
    Not a Mint Error.

    The 7 looks like a simple case of Pareidolia caused by a plating blister.

    Pareidolia is seeing an image in a random pattern here are good examples such as Godzilla in a cloud and Rocky in a cut pepper
