1981 Quarter

    Can anyone tell me if that’s a 2 between the 9 and the 8. If so would it be worth anything. I’m new to this so I don’t know to much about the errors that are valuable.

    Not a 2 or anything else. It's a combination of wear and dirt, which gives the appearance you see. Our eyes combined with our brain can allow us to see anything we want. Happens s lot with coins. Welcome to CT.
