1939 NICKEL

Found this nickel in the same roll with a Indian Head nickel and a
20 pence United Kingdom coin!! Sometimes ya get lucky!
But enough of that, I tell you the scratches are minimal from what I
can see....All the letters look perfect, not worn at all. wow

Nice find in great shape. To bad it's from Philly and not Denver.

 

Nice looking EF coin. You have to wonder how a coin like that ended up back in circulation. Someone break up a collection? Or was it just sitting in a long-forgotten corner of a drawer for the past 60 years and just happened to get scooped up and spent? And yet I've seen 2010 nickels with twice the wear on them!

of wear on them too!....I think the 2010 nickels like to go out and party too much.
Yes....I truly believe that is indeed the problem with them...
