    Looks like an off-center strike by about 1%. Nothing to get too excited about, but it looks like it's in nice shape.

    Since we can't see both sides of the coin I don't want to say it is off center as this requires BOTH sides to be off in the same direction.

    For now I will call this a MAD or Misaligned Die rror. This happens when only ONE side of the coin is off center. This error is very common and usually carries no premium unless it is off enough to take out some of the devices i.e. the lettering or bust.
