I will post the grade after work today. @desertgem Yes the coin is a beauty and the deepest red/ I have seen on a wheat, I will say that the saturation was set to high. The purplish highlights aren't there. The coin was a beast to photo through the slab, and I wasn't shooting it again.
I can agree that for most Lincoln's this would top out at 66. 39s is quite a bit harder to find with a sharp strike, and most are without the booming luster that this one has. I am quite happy with it.
Meant to say, the correct guess's came from. @Rheingold ,@eddiespin , @mac266 ,@KevinM , and @Cheech9712 You are all Winner Winners!
Don't worry I'll say it for you, "your wrong". There are many 39S 67's with a weaker strike than this one, not to mention the red and the luster. You are entitled to your own opinion though.
Gorgeous Cent!! I would have guessed 66RD maybe 66+RD depending on the generation of slab. But I certainly can see this as a 67. That luster is astounding. I throttled back on the grade just due to the price jump from 66 - 67.
Part of this deal was 11 of those 88P Morgans. Made about 5 bucks a piece on those. So, this one only cost about a Bill.
