New here - just wondering what these would be worth. I have 8 consecutive serial numbers of 1935E $1 Silver Certificates. These are in crisp, crisp condition. No folds to be seen, no ink marks - just nice clean bills. I checked at a local dealer yesterday and the lady offered me a quarter over face value for them. I just can't believe they would be worth so little in the mint shape they are in. They have been air tight sealed in a vault for the last 50 years.

thanks in advance for any help.

The 1935E Silvers in Gem go for around 12.50-15.00 each. The signatures are Priest/Humphrey and 5,134,056,000 notes were printed.
Do not accept the offer..they more than likely did this because they were raw.
    and keep the notes.

A quarter over face? HOW GENEROUS!

Please DON'T EVER go back to that shop again and tell all your friends the same.

    Just plain disgusting!

Thanks guys. I will NOT return to that place of business calling themselves a "Coin & Currency Dealer"! It didn't sound right to me so I posted it here. Thanks for all your help!

I have several sets of consecutive numbers. Some a series of 8 notes, others 3-5. I wasn't planning on selling them but wanted to know their value.

    Thank you all again!
