2004 20 dollar bill misprint

    i just get this 20 dollar bill on the grocery store ,my cuestion is is possible this bill come out to circulate in that condition o someone cut one part of the edge of the bill,and if has value 20180120_001102.jpg 20180120_001131.jpg

    I am not a currency collector, but it does look as though the obverse printing is a tad misaligned. However, my (uneducated) guess is that it carries no special premium - particularly due to its circulated grade. It's kind of neat, though.

    It is a slight misalignment. It is common and no added premium.
    Not considered any major misprint error. It is spendable.

    I was just given a 1995 series $20 with the same printing shift (upward) with both sides off... I will post a pix later.
