Let's not; this one has already lived a hard life! In all seriousness, I do see a cleaning, maybe whizzed, and the spot behind the arm that green mentioned (damage/tooled area?).
It looks to me like either a genuine coin that's been plated with something, or a copy. I'm not sure which.
Upon closer examination I think it’s counterfeit too. First I thought. Surfaces altered or whizzed. But the strike and details are too soft and I’m seeing casting bubbles and other anomalies on it. My call fake
Now that you guys bring it up, and after looking at it a second time, I would grade it Not Encapsulated - Questionable Authenticity. There are weird bubbles all over the coin and the overall strike just looks unusually mushy and unnatural. Of course, if I was actually buying this coin, I’d be much more careful the first look.
