Obv. has surface damage,
and the reverse shows
an improper metal mixture.

 

Is it rare ?

 

Damage is damage,
and the rev. improper metal
mixture is a fairly common
effect, and easily found when
going thru enough nickels from
the 1960's or earlier.

Imo, your coin is an interesting
conversation piece, but I doubt
it would bring more than just a
few dollars, at the most, if you put
it up on Ebay, for example.
