So, I have been finding lots of "cud" and "die cracks" on those state and Territory quarters. Is this normal??
Some are small but obvious while some are large and in cool places.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, are they worth sending out to be graded?
One example is a "CUD" under George Washigton's nose, looks like a bugger or hitler's mustache ....ha ha..looks cool though.

Not a CUD.. It would be a Die Break or Die Chip. A CUD is a Break that involves the edge of a coin. http://cuds-on-coins.com

Thanks for the correction. So these extra pieces of metals that are sticking upwards are die chips or die breaks. Got it! Learning new things each day.
