Got piece #9 today. It's the Polished Color Toned Merlin, mintage of only 6. I never thought it would be available. This was the first one offered as far as I know since they were released by the Knights. I'm stoked to say the least. I only need the Satin version to complete the 10 piece set I'm building.

First 4 pics are of the new token, last pic is the set it will join.

Oddly enough, no. That was in a plastic crafts drawer for a year that I forgot about. This is the typical progression I get though no matter where a coin is. The yellow will go deeper and the blue will grow then the yellow will turn into a yellow/red and the blue into purple if I leave it out long enough. I think I'll just let the blue grow a little more then put it away in another month or so.

  12. Okay, I’ll play along. How are you storing it?

I'm a big fan of blue on silver.

I have a question for the Carr experts. . . I know the size of the Hard Times Token (first image) is 39mm. Is the Broken Sword Peace Dollar (second image) the same size?

That's a good question for @dcarr. I'd think that making a collar wouldn't be cost effective.

The Hard Times token is 39mm (1 troy oz . 999 silver).

The over-strike Peace is slightly over 38mm (about the same as it was prior to the over-strike).

Thanks @dcarr! I’ll assume your answer is correct. ;)

This is not a Daniel Carr coin, it's a image from eBay and it's a 1966 Peace Dollar. DSKf0LJWsAAysNo.jpeg
