    Yeah. Looks like a small misaligned die. Nothing out of the norm and not worth more than 1c.

    As stated.. it is a Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse side. It was a common occurrence on Cent's Minted in the 1970's and 1980's
    I have dozens of examples in my collection. Misaligned Die Strikes on larger coins are more desirable and may have a slight premium.. but not the Cent unless it's a major Misalignment.

    It's a blurry picture, if you zoom in on the reverse there is some doubling. I am NO good yet at determining the difference between the different doubling and I'm sure the photo needs to be clearer to tell exactly what kind it is.
