What's going on next to the E on the reverse? I'll attempt a grade once I know what that is (toning spot, mark, something else?)
With all the twisting, turning, strained eyesight, and light that I could throw at it, it appears to be a bugger. Why anyone would entomb a coin with that stuck on it is beyond me.
Then should I grade it UNC details, Biological Hazard? I was kinda leaning towards a struck through grease patch. Could you try taking a couple more pictures of the reverse?
MS 63 ...I think those are just hits on the obverse; if those are marks from a cleaning, then it would be UNC Details
