http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=230176701672&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=013 Never got the coin. Never got a response to any e-mails. Anyone have a list of terrible things I can do to ruin this guy ?
Add yours to his miserable negative feedback that would have stopped me from bidding on one of his auctions.
Glad you didn't pay him too much Roto. The "quality" of his negatives really does suck. Don't get burned again.
I have a list of "Terrible things to do to people" in my night stand but every one of them are illegal.
Oh, I have my own list. BUT, I'd have to actually know exactly where he lives or get my hands on him. I may contact some of his past customers to see if anyone sent a money order or check. They may afford me a direct address. I figure he'd ruin mine, if I did that. Otherwise, I'd put my attorney's phone number in the feedback. I hadn't taken this to him yet, though. He'll probly laugh at me.
It's happened to me twice. Once on a $60 MO that I never did get reimbursed for, and once on a $2.25 paypal purchase. I got the $2.25 back after filing a claim.
That should take care of it. If you can persuade PayPal that you have a legitimate complaint and he doesn't respond to them, they can just take your money back from his account.
He appears to have actually been sick from the flu, all his negative feedback was in a row, and with a 99.5% positive it makes sense.
Maybe not sick Roto but stupid leaps to mind. You paid a buck for the coin and almost 4 for shipping right? He'll risk a Paypal complaint and a negative for less than five bucks it seems. Can anyone say DUHHHHH!
I have had a couple of deadbeat sellers and buyers in my "career" as an Ebay seller. Just part of business.
