    Limited editions.
    3 x £2 coins and 1 x 50 Pence

I quite like the Frankenstein coin.

I liked what they did last year a lot, pretty disappointed with this years in all honesty. The 5 pound coin is really nice though

Not my cup of tea personally.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

Are these from England? Or somewhere else?

In my opinion, that Frankenstein design is actually pretty bad. With all the imagery the book evokes, that's the best they could come up with?

England’s 2018 set which is surprising since they usually do fantastic work. They may have tried to get to cute with it after the success of the Jane Austen coin.

    Great Britain.
I like the way the electric current is passing through the name.

    United Kingdom. ;)

As for the Frankenstein design, I like that too. Yes, it is text only, but the style conveys the way Frankenstein brought his "creation" to life. And the fact that we do not see any images may have something to do with the fact that this coin commemorates the anniversary of the book, not any Frankenstein movie.

The RAF coin is not attractive in my opinion - by and large I do not like designs that merely reproduce a logo. It's OK but not more ...

Not fond of the armistice design either. The concept - that war is hardly ever about heroism but about suffering - makes a lot of sense to me. (More about Owen's poem is here for example, and this is the full text.) And I also appreciate that the designer did not pick the "obvious" poppy either. But a second text-only design, hmm. Maybe empty trenches would have been a good symbol, maybe something that includes the civil victims? Also, I cannot really see whether the background pattern has any specific meaning.

Representation of the People Act? Well, that was a step toward equal voting rights, but not the real thing yet. ;) The design is not bad though.

Anything that makes people pay hard currency for our near worthless shrapnel is to be encouraged. It's one way to avoid making anything useful to pay for our imports.

The last British coins I actually liked were pre-decimal. :-(

Well... coin designs seldom get 100% positive reviews. These are a tad disappointing when I reflect on other British coinage though.

Enlighten me on this. What do you call your nation in casual reference? Serious question. I’ve always wanted to know but never remembered to ask someone who would.

I can't speak for Davey but if referring to the country in general I say Britain or British, if referring to the country I live in I say England or English.
