In China, people actually use dies and presses to counterfeit US coins. The government there looks the other way. I am sure that there are other places as well. If a coin is struck on a press with a die, it will have the look of a genuine coin, and be difficult to tell without expert knowledge. They are not really common, but they do exist. This is the best use of a Third Party Grading Service, authentication. The grading is all subjective.
The 4s (particularly the 2nd one) don't look like they're square to the rest of the date, which is a red flag, but best to have it examined in hand.
