    Interesting.. but just a damaged Cent. The silvery look to it is the exposed Zinc underneath the missing Copper Plating. No silver is used in Copper Plated Zinc Cents.

    The thin copper layer has rubbed away showing the zinc core.

    Hey, isn't this that famous 1985 D .......oh, wait, that was a penny - this is a cent...my bad!
