It's a nice one... maybe 65 but 64 is shoe-in without the mint set haze. A little soak in acetone and 91% isopropyl will probably remove all the haze. It doesn't have the typical '69-P problems so I can't rule out an even higher grade but my gut says 65. Better pictures wouldn't hurt.
I'm at MS-65 without better images as well. If it is a 65, you would spend much more having it slabbed than it would be worth once graded. The 1969 can be pretty easily found in MS-65 for about ten bucks and it will cost you about forty bucks to get it graded. Not worth the risk in my opinion, if you want a graded example, just buy one that has already been graded.
It's so easy (or at least inexpensive) to get Gem clad now days. Finding a really nice well made specimen without a lot of chicken scratching used to be difficult. I suppose it might still be tough to find the right specimen in a 65 holder.
