The White House Gift Shop sells challenge coins online: https://www.whitehousegiftshop.com/President-Military-Coins-s/2192.htm They have both Barack Obama and Donald Trump, but not the one pictured above.
They have a lot more than I would have expected, but I do like that they sell different versions for the Presidents. It would cheapen the real ones if anyone could just buy it at the gift shop
