Can anyone give me a good online site to buy Lincoln wheat cents. I'm In the market to buy about 5000 wheaties. I know unsearched wheaties are the thing of the past, so if anyone can guide me in the right direction, if would be highly appreciated. Thank You. Duane
Perhaps one of the dealer members on here like @Aethelred or @ToughCOINS or @C-B-D or can help you there. I've got some Wheats, but not that many, and what I've got is really common stuff. You're right to not expect truly unsearched coins, but hopefully with that quantity you can get a nice mix. And you never know. I found this in a small lot of a few hundred Wheaties back in 2006. There was a piece of dirt covering the mintmark. Stuff like that happens. Not very often, but it can still happen.

I just came across 1100 unsearched Indian Cents on eBay a few weeks ago. Found some KILLER varieties and a few better dates, though no keys. I also bought a small collection of carded Wheat Cents from the friend of a friend. At first I didn't see anything special, but there were conditional rarities in the lot. Many high grades. Those things gain value quickly in AU and MS. Even the early common dates!
I'm wanting to buy a nice bulk amount myself. I see where there are like 5000 wheaties for like 110 dollars but I am not sure of eBay. They say unsearched but I am no fool. Chattanoogcoin has some fairly good deals but I've never dealt with them either. So I'm hoping I can get a good site from someone here that has dealt with the site already.
