My many years of collecting and study, tell me this is for sure a quarter. :D

The words WE and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the word DOLLAR looks like a bit of Struck Through Grease issue but accompanied with Circulation wear and tear on both sides.
    Nothing really major.

  5. Hello. I have another post.....A VERY BUSY 2006 S D QUARTER....I have close up pics.....there is an S under Q in quarter. Doubling of United States of America....LI in liberty are weak and the E T In God We Trust is missing. I'm sure there is more, every time I look at this I see another thing.

  6. There is also an N just above Liberty.

  7. You can see the doubling under the top bar of the T in States and doubling of the last A in America to the right of it.

You know I'm just having fun with you on a Christmas morning. Welcome to CT.

  9. Thank You so much....Merry Christmas To you and yours......What do you think? Could this have been a piece used to set the stamping die pressure and should have been destroyed? the rim on the obv is pretty deep.

Interesting coin. I have to agree with paddyman98. He really knows this stuff.
