I don’t mind if someone figures out who their Secret Santa is. I think I know who mine is, who it was 2 years ago, and I know that my recipient from 2 years ago knows that I was her SS, and it would be ok if this year’s giftee figured out who I am as well.

I think that the basic idea is that you get a gift from someone and you give a gift to someone else. You have no control over either part, only over what you give.

 

I am still doing my best in this test of patience, waiting until tomorrow (x-mas day) to open my Secret Santa gift.

Anyone else waiting also, or maybe until Christmas Eve (tonight) anyway??

 

I will open mine Christmas morning. I am very excited.

You guys @Nathan401 and @mikenoodle are really good to be able to have such self-control! Will you post photographs after you open your gifts tonight (Xmas Eve) or Xmas Day? Because you've been waiting so well, I'm especially excited to see what you guys got!

I chose johndoe, because I'm mysterious, and anonymous.
Then... 2000$ for when I returned to full on collecting, for the third time. mostly due to the state quarter program. The different design on every coin was very appealing to me. I have since continued to collect coins/medals etc... with different designs rather than the same coins with only minor changes, like date/mm. Although I still have some Morgan's, Peace, ASEs etc...To each their own.
I had no idea what I was getting into when I signed up here, or I would have used a different name for sure.

Well I see the USPS did not disappoint me, they managed to deliver the gift I sent early and it made it to the recipient before Christmas! YAY!!

Nothing in the mail here yesterday.

 

Sorry to hear you (or anyone else) didn't receive your gift before Christmas, but I'm sure it'll be there soon.

 

Not to worry, same thing happened last year. I was worried that my recipient was going to have to wait until after Christmas to get his, fortunately it came through.

 

Since I won’t be able to pat an image tomorrow, I decided that I will need to open my gift today. How’s that for an excuse? I’m going to open it later when my son gets here.
