OK, I just want to say one more thing on the age issue regarding ebay: Eyesee, I'm sorry if I came across as rude before. You are correct, of course, in regard to not being able to enter into a legal contract until you're 18. What I'm trying to tell you though is that minors CAN use ebay under supervision by their legal guardian(s) IF the ebay account is in the guardian's name. Thus when a transaction is done (whether it's buying or selling), it is the guardian's name, not the minor's, that is actually in the contract. This is where the supervision part kicks in. ;) Because, like you said, it is the guardian's butt, not the minor's, that's on the line.

I have bit my tongue on this long enough. You have all the right things to say, but your actions do not back up your input to this thread. At risk of sounding sour grapes I have to let it out, and this time, I hope with more credibility than with my first post here.
I found this thread due to a deal with you that was bad from the start, a Morgan you bought in another auction for $31 as a MS??? PL coin. You listed it as MS-65 DMPL, used the best florescent pics from whatever process you use, and had the nerve to quote pcgs MS-76 prices.
I bid on your description and your pictures, only to receive an AU pl slider. I asked for a refund with the envelope practically still in my hand. In no way did you practise at all what you preach. After negging you after 4 email attempts to iron itout, I had to practically pry a $60 partial refund from you just to recover some of my loss. I still have that coin as a reminder of the trouble you can get into on ebay.
I see you expected a refund from Cody on a coin because " yoyu asked for refund right away". Cointalk circled the wagons around you because it was my first post, the thread was closed, you got off easy to say it in a nice way. I felt ripped off and was ripped off.

Let this be a lesson to all....at least back up your words with actions if your going to be giving ebay etiquette and moral advise

You are absolutely right, I did not handle that transaction very well at all (btw, I advertised the coin as PL/DMPL, not solely DMPL). The truth be told, I was in the same boat as Cody...$60 was all I had and $60 is what I gave you back.
This is incorrect, by the way. And after the refund I sent you, I was breaking even. That was nearly 5 months ago now and I most certainly am striving to practice what I preach. I do not use florescent lighting anymore and I do not (I never did either) photoshop my pictures in the least bit. If you want the details of the deal I had with Cody please contact me via PM.

Fair enough. I'll never make another comment on it, should not have made that one.

LOL!! Frank, I think the line is supposed to read: Teach a man to fish and he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

Cody Dude; I feel for you man.

So be it. I think that effectively puts an end to this discussion.
