    Well not to confuse someone.
There are PLENTY of small dates.
But the 1982-D small date is a zinc cent 2.5 grams.
And the 1982 Philly small date comes in zinc (2.5) and copper (3.1).

It is just the 1982-D SMALL DATE COPPER, which I believe there is only 1 example of. There are probably more, but you could spend the rest of your life and search billions of these coins and never find one.

I tried stomaching YouTube, really I did. I bashed around following links for an evening. I could literally FEEL my intelligence ebbing away. I started to drool and babble incoherently, while mindlessly sucking my right thumb. My cat had to slap me across the face and yell, "GET AHOLD OF YOURSELF, MAN! Who's gonna dish up the Meow Mix if you keep this up?!?!? We are gonna hafta eat your rotting corpse, dude." They intervened just in time. A little rehab and I was good as new.

If and when Apple puts YouTube back on my devices as a default, I'll delete it.

I use Amazon. Just not much. Got my Stanley portable car jumping battery there. Did you know you can neuter male cats with 12V DC? KIDDING!!!!

How many volts to neuter a male numismatist?

Well, I've had 380V AC and it didn't take. Threw me across the room, but the nads were okay.

Yeah, my son is post-jolt, and Ancestry.com confirms he's my handiwork. We were installing a Swiss-made One Hour photo lab in Long Island that used 220/380 3-phase and the electrician fouled up the grounding. Caramba! Got real sleepy later.

To this day, my EKG is used in Brazilian Samba schools.

I am a factory trained electric forklift mechanic and have been bit by all flavors but 72 volt DC hurt me the most. It’s the amps buddy it’s the amps.

The spark when hooking up a 12V DC car battery jump is something that inspires a certain, umm, respect.

The OP’s questions were answered, coin value opinions given. Soooo now this thread is done and we must all disperse. No fellowship time for us. No cookies and coffee talking about coins and sharing. NO!...........sad
