Welcome to CT and the world of Coin Collecting!! The "We", which I can just make out in your photo, is this way due to grease being on the die during the minting process. The die was not properly cleaned off after being greased. Some extra grease remained causing your IGWT to look flattened and almost completely wiped out the "WE". This is considered a mint error, but a common one. Though not really worth much more than face value, they are fun to find. Put it in a 2x2 as a learning tool. Keep searching...Mont.
You can edit your title. Underneath the title click on Thread Tools and then Edit Title.. Edit then save.
