1975 D Lincoln (5 over 3) ?

    I have looked around on the internet an have not found a penny of the same year that has this kind of error if that's even what it is. Looking for a opinion who is much more better at this than Myself.

    It's just damage. It doesn't take much to move copper around.

    That is because there is no such thing. As stated, damage.
    Before looking around the internet, just ask us first.. we are the specialist ;)
    Believe me, I say about 90% of new collectors who know nothing about Mint Errors and show their weird looking coins are just PMD finds - Post Mint Damage :yack:
