It's a DCGS (Digital Coin Grading Service) holder without the feet! (Or the frosted fields of the slab.) DCGS came out with that idea five years ago.

 

Got a link to DCGS? Never heard of them actually. I just thought it was cool.

 

I usually buy any of my Capital holders from Amos Advantage, just for the reason stated Cap. Plastics makes you spend too much, these guys they may carry it or will get it for you.
