Uncirculated 1964 dimes more value

    I have lots of uncirculated dimes but these seem to be much more bright & shiny and reflective. Is it possible to get anything more than melt value from these???

    Does the same apply to mercury head dimes uncirculated?

    Like Roosevelt dimes, the value of the Winged Liberty dime depends on its condition as well as its rarity. If badly damaged, even a dime from the teens is rarely worth more than melt value.

    Common date Mercs that are truly uncirculated should carry a modest premium over melt. Nice AU pieces should get a small premium over melt, but you might have trouble finding a buyer to pay it.
