Severus Alexander, he seems to collect everything and siliquae would be no exception.
Here's one of my favorite and most special coin, my tremissis of Visigothic king Sisebut (612-621 AD):

Severus Alexander might like the coin but I am not as certain he owns it. Since a random draw should give a 20% chance of success I have about a 10% certainty on this one.
Another Julian II but Arles mint has no similarity in style whatsoever.

Severus Alexander , because I already mentioned zumbly twice, 3 in a row is unlikely, is it ?

Florianus , because it looks he survived a fire

I'm gonna go Severus Alexander- again because I don't know his interest well enough and everyone else is going with him. I am also a YN. Heres a nice Gallenius zoo coin :).

I'm going to vote for @Severus_Alexander, because that seems to be the consensus, and a perusal of posting histories does show interest in Late Romans.

Here's a broken, darkly toned Augustus, with a great nose on Lucius:

I vote Fitznigel because I'm good at guessing too.
And here is 1834 8 Sol from Bolivia named for "The Liberator" himself

I don't have a Julian but I have a Jovian, who had an even shorter reign.

I am going with Fitznigel because I see a few Roman coins in his acquisitions for this year.

Yes, but didn’t the first round coin blurb contain the same language? That one sounded a lot like Curtisimo’s voice, too. Heck! I am going to have to carefully review each one when they are all posted. I think I will be juggling my answers around. Aarrgh!

Question: Did each “volunteer”write their own blurb? And if so, did Curtisimo edit them all?

    Thank you.

Good question. All of the volunteers wrote their own descriptions and I only slightly edited to either word it in the first person or omit very obvious giveaways in the reasoning.

I did edit all the coin photos so that they are all presented in the same way.

The consensus seems to be Severus Alexander based on his collecting interest, which is a good enough reason for me to guess him as well.

Here is a cool bronze from Seleukos I Nikator

Obviously my tardy reply doesn't count, but I get a strong FitzNigel vibe on this one.

BTW, the GIF in the OP is certainly epic.

Thank you LordM. Coin Plinko seemed like an appropriate graphic for the game :)

You still have time to get entered for the 4th and 5th round drawings if you have a mind to. Seems only right that you should get to participate in a giveaway for once after all the ones that you've hosted this year :)
